We have a 14-days return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you must contact us for approval first at studio@casacorvi.com
Pieces shipped back to us without previous email consent will not be refunded.

Return shipping costs will be deducted by the final refund.

Every returned item will be inspected and valued before issuing a refund. If the item(s) returned are not in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging we reserve the right to refuse to issue a refund or to offer a partial refund based on the object’s condition.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we may evaluate the issue and offer our best solution.

Items which cannot be returned include bespoke pieces (such as special orders or personalized objects) or every product described as non eligible for returns on its product page. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges

Exchanges are not possible. Please follow the procedure to return the unwanted piece, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return to let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
