Ready to ship pieces are usually dispatched within 1 week. Made to order creations take 3 to 5 weeks to be crafted before shipping.
We reserve extra time in case of increased request or busy periods.
We ship via Express Shipping. It usually take 3-5 days for Europe, 3-7 days for international orders.
Once your order is shipped you will be provided a tracking number.
We ship in inconspicuous unbranded boxes to protect our creations. Please mind your order tracking to be ready to receive your package and don’t leave it unattended.
Our packaging is 100% recyclable and contains zero plastics and zero oil based materials.
International buyers may incur in customs fee. We are not responsible for the payment of any customs or import fee.

3. [ Production Times ]

This applies to our made to order Creations (this does not apply to Bespoke Creations).
This creations are special and are subject to production times usually ranging from 3 to 4 weeks (plus shipping time) unless otherwise stated on product page. All of our pieces are crafted personally by the artist in CASA CORVI’s independent laboratory, carrying out each step of fabrication in-house. We kindly ask you to be patient during this incubation period: good things take time.

SILVER:
Our silver creations are made in solid 925 (sterling) silver, acquired from precious metal recycling plants based and regulated in the EU.
While we believe a piece should be lived and love the look of a tarnished piece showing the story of the wearer on its surface, we also understand this look might not be for everyone.
Our suggestions to preserve your silver jewelry as close as new as possible are the following:
Silver tarnishes to the contact with Sulfur and other chemicals. Sulfur is present in the air, regular water, and in our skin oils.
Keep your silver in a dry environment. Avoid bathroom and similar humid environments.
Do not shower with your jewelry (chemicals in water).
Do not swim with your jewelry
Do not wear while doing sports or manual labor
After wearing, clean your piece with a soft cloth (clothes used for eye glasses are optimal)
If your piece is very dirty, wash by hand with mild soap and cold/warm water and dry thoroughly with a soft cloth (leftover droplets might stain silver due to chemicals in the water). Otherwise you can rinse with distilled water and let it air dry.
When not in use, keep your jewelry in its original packaging or in an airtight bag/container, to protect from scratches and air.

Do not use harsh or chemical products on your silver jewelry
It is possible to polish silver to remove dullness, scratches and dents. As there are many products on the market but not all are to be trusted, we advise you to turn to your local goldsmith for a professional polishing and refurbishing. As our silver jewelry is solid, unplated Silver 925, you can have your jewelry polished without fear of revealing uneven coloration.
We are not responsible for any damage to you or your jewelry caused by improper care or handling.
